Definitions

1.1 “Consultancy” will mean Limited its successors and doles out or any individual following up in the interest of and with the authority of MedCart solutions

1.2 “Client” will mean the individual, firm or corporate body depicted in that capacity on the solicitations, application for credit, citation, work authorisation or some other structures to which these terms and conditions apply, and will mean any individual following up in the interest of and with the authority of such individual or firm or corporate body.

1.3 “Engagement” will mean the engagement, business or utilization of the Candidate by the Client.

1.4 “Fee” will mean the level of the Remuneration, which is payable by the Client to MedCart solutions for the Introduction of the Candidate as per Clause 3 of this agreement.

1.5 “Introduction(s)” will mean the acquaintance of a Candidate with the Client by MedCart solutions where the Fee is payable just upon the Candidate’s acknowledgment of the Client’s idea of an Engagement. No earlier explicit guidance from the Client is required to impact an Introduction.

1.6 “Remuneration” will mean the total gross yearly assessable compensation payable to or receivable by the Candidate in accordance with the Engagement.

 

1.7 “Guarantor” implies that individual (or people), or substance, who consents to be at risk for the obligations of the Client on a key indebted person premise.

 

1.8 “Services” will mean all services provided by the Consultancy to the Client whereby Candidates are selected into transitory, agreement or changeless work in accordance with these terms and conditions and incorporates any exhortation or suggestions (and where the specific situation so allows will incorporate any inventory of Goods as characterized previously).

 

1.9 “Candidate” will mean a candidate for a brief, agreement or stable situation of business acquainted with the Client by the Consultancy.

 

Acknowledgment

 

2.1 Any directions got by the Consultancy from the Client for the stock of Services and additionally the Client’s acknowledgment of Services provided by the Consultancy will comprise acknowledgment of the terms and conditions contained in this.

 

2.2 Introductions are affected by the Consultancy and are considered to be acknowledged by the Client upon the Client’s solicitation for subtleties of Candidates or meeting with Candidates (regardless of whether by phone or individual).

 

2.3 Where more than one Client has gone into this understanding, the Clients will be together and severally obligated for all installments of the Fee.

 

2.4 Upon acknowledgment of these terms and conditions by the Client the terms and conditions are permanent and must be changed with the composed assent of the Consultancy.

 

2.5 The Client attempts to give the Consultancy in any event fourteen (14) days notice of any adjustment in the Client’s name, address and additionally some other change in the Client’s subtleties.

 

Fee And Payment

 

3.1 It is the duty of the Client to give an important Purchase Order before the Candidate’s beginning date. Disappointment by the Client to do so won’t, under any conditions at all, be acknowledged as reason for inability to pay the Consultancy’s fees according to the installment terms concurred between the Consultancy and the Client.

 

3.2 The Consultancy may, at its sole watchfulness, postpone rendering its receipt until the effective Candidate’s beginning date.

 

3.3 Time for installment for the Services will be of the substance and will be expressed on the receipt or some other structures. In the event that no time is expressed, at that point installment will be expected, at the Consultancy’s sole prudence:

 

(a) fourteen (14) days following the date of the receipt for Introduction services and out-of-pocket costs; and

 

(b) seven (7) days following the date of the receipt for promoting services.

 

3.4 At the Consultancy’s sole tact 100% of the Fee will be expected on the occasion of Introduction(s), upon the Candidate’s beginning of work with the Client.
